Nature as Muse. Creativity as Remembering.

Every creation begins in relationship with place and is finished in relationship with the person who welcomes it home.

There is something deeply restorative about creating with our hands.

In a world that often asks us to hurry, weaving invites a different way of being. It asks us to slow down, notice, and create in rhythm with something greater than ourselves. Each stitch becomes an act of mindful presence, each natural fibre a reminder that we, too, are part of nature's unfolding story.

For me, returning to my artistic roots has become another way of remembering my relationship with myself and with Earth.

My creative practice is a gentle expression of that relationship, inspired by the beauty, wisdom and rhythms of our natural world and Earth-kin. Through weaving, I slow down enough to listen deeply, notice the intricate details often overlooked, and create in conversation with my greatest muse, our living world.

Each creation begins in relationship with place.

Nature's treasures are gathered respectfully, allowing the landscape itself to guide the co-creation of every piece. Working with natural fibres, rich textures and innovative natural materials, every creation is woven slowly by hand, shaped by the seasons, the materials, and the quiet wisdom found in making with mindful intention.

Rooted in ancestral craft traditions, my practice honours slow living, patience and the beauty of creating by hand. I intentionally create spaciousness within the process, allowing each piece to emerge organically and reveal its own unique story.

Just as nature gently invites us to slow down and remember, so too does the creative process.

Every weave becomes a quiet practice of presence, an opportunity to listen, notice, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life. In those moments, creativity becomes more than making. It becomes remembering.

I have come to understand creativity as an extension of our human–nature relationship. A way of listening. A way of belonging. A way of remembering myself home.

It is this philosophy that lives within every piece I create.

Whether woven with gathered botanicals, natural fibres, hand-dyed raffia or innovative mycelium leather, each basket and vessel carries the story of place, relationship and mindful craftsmanship. No two are ever the same, because nature never repeats itself.

It is my hope that these creations bring a sense of nature's calming presence, beauty and connection into your home, while gently reminding us of our place within this living world.

Thank you for supporting slow craft, local artistry and creations made in relationship with Earth.
