We honour these sacred forests & rivers, rekindling deep human-nature connections & relationships - guided by nature's wisdom & rhythms. Whether you are new to forest bathing, nature journaling or wildcrafting, or you have gathered with us before, you are warmly welcome. Flow of the day: 10am-12.30pm Guided Forest Bathing Practice Gently awaken the senses, unwind & rekindle your human-nature connection with; - guided mindful presence and sensory awakening practice, inviting relaxation & stress release with soothing sounds of koshi chimes overlooking the river, offering calm & inner stillness - calling you inward for a gentle reset & perfect for beginners - sharing a forest tea and nourishing native food nibbles with reflections Introduction to Nature Journaling - gather nature's treasures & journal in your own way; draw, paint, poetry, reflective writing, or narrative creation - no experience needed (all materials are provided for you) 12.30pm-1.15pm Gathering for a nourishing meal inspired by summer's bounty & native foods, in mindful presence with each other and Earth. 1.15pm-4pm - Guided nature meditation & soothing sounds of koshi chimes offering calm & stillness - Wild foraging from nature's pantry for an afternoon of crafting edibles to take home - We close our time together with forest tea and native treats — a moment to honour shared experience in community with Earth. This is your invitation to slow down, unwind, come home to the breath and nourishing earth, restoring your wellbeing with nature’s calming presence and natural sanctuary. In the spirit of nature tending, $5 p/registration is donated to EcoGipps for their ongoing revegetation programs. No surcharges for our bookings. We offer a cash payment option only upon request & approval prior to this event via sue@renewandnourish.com.au. Please respect this cash payment option and our associated terms - no payment, no participation. Please contact me if you are unable to attend as there will be others on the waiting list who would love an opportunity to share this experience. Refunds for cancellation at your discretion will only be available up to 72 hours prior to the start of this event. This event is weather permitting. If the forecasted weather is inclement or unsafe then this event may be cancelled. In this instance, you can choose to have your money refunded or feel free to keep your credit to claim a space on another upcoming experience. You will receive notification 24 hours prior to the event using the contact information that you provide on this booking form. We will send through your welcome email soon with all of the details ahead of this shared experience.
