As a coach, my role is to work with you to discern the root cause of your concerns, guide you through the healing and personal growth process so that you are self-empowered to implement lifestyle changes that support your ongoing health & wellbeing. I do so in proud accordance with ICF (International Coaches Federation) Code of Ethics and HCANZA (Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association) Scope of Practice.

You have access to my complementary Ecotherapy Programs and Forest Bathing Walks where you can immerse yourself regularly in natural environemnts and harness the evidence based healing power, as all traditional cultures have done for tens of thousands of years.

I am first and foremost, human, recognizing that vulnerability, empathy, respect and mutual understanding enhance the coaching relationship and process. My role is to guide and support you through the process of challenging core beliefs and values which is foundational to any personal growth journey.

Sometimes you just need a little help to get the process of healthy change happening.
We can work together to get you started on your healing journey. Remembering that the aim is to help you achieve life long healthy habits and strategies which can only be achieved through time and support, so I do recommend booking at least a 6 week program to help you establish new lifestyle habits. Let's work together to reclaim your life, feel beautiful in your body, and nourish your renewed vitality!

This singular session is recommended for people who would like to experience the many benefits that a coaching session provides before committing to a longer program.
