A Coaching Practice Rooted in Nature, Soul & Ikigai
My work is grounded in the ancient Japanese philosophy of Ikigai, a life with meaningful purpose, a way of being and living that aligns passions, purpose, meaning, joy, with physical, spiritual and emotional harmony into everyday life.

We meet for weekly or fortnightly personalised coaching sessions over either 6 or 12 weeks, depending on your preference and needs.
