We offer a cash payment option upon request & approval prior to this event via sue@renewandnourish.com.au We’re thrilled to partner with EcoGipps in Maffra West Upper, sharing a vision to open this new home for nature-led experiences and gatherings that honour these sacred forests and rivers, rekindling deep human-nature connections and relationships – guided by nature’s wisdom and rhythms. Whether you are new to forest bathing (guided mindfulness walk with nature) or weaving, or you have gathered with us before, you are warmly welcome. These gatherings offer sacred space to slow down, unwind stress and tension, and simply be - mindfully present with yourself, each other and Earth. Flow of the day: 10am-12.30pm * Guided Forest Bathing Practice Gently awaken the senses, unwind & rekindle your human-nature connection with; - guided mindful presence and sensory awakening practice, inviting relaxation & stress release with soothing sounds of koshi chimes overlooking the river, offering calm & inner stillness - calling you inward for a gentle reset & perfect for beginners - sharing a forest tea and nourishing snack with reflections * Introduction to Ancestral Weaving - gathering at the Observatory to enjoy our craft with hand-dyed raffia - no experience needed (all materials are provided for you) 12.30pm-1.15pm Gathering for a nourishing meal inspired by summer's bounty & native foods, in mindful presence with each other and Earth. 1.15pm-4pm - Guided mindfulness practice followed with an afternoon of weaving in community. - We close our time together with forest tea & native treats - a moment to honour shared experience in community with Earth. This is your invitation to slow down, unwind, come home to the breath and nourishing earth, restoring your wellbeing with nature’s calming presence and natural sanctuary. Cancellation Policy

No surcharges for our bookings. We offer a cash payment option only upon request & approval prior to this event via sue@renewandnourish.com.au. Please respect this cash payment option and our associated terms - no payment, no participation. Please contact me if you are unable to attend as there will be others on the waiting list who would love an opportunity to share this experience. Refunds for cancellation at your discretion will only be available up to 72 hours prior to the start of this event. This event is weather permitting. If the forecasted weather is inclement or unsafe then this event may be cancelled. In this instance, you can choose to have your money refunded or feel free to keep your credit to claim a space on another upcoming experience. You will receive notification 24 hours prior to the event using the contact information that you provide on this booking form. We will send through your welcome email soon with all of the details ahead of this shared experience.
