Activity
Pack a breakfast picnic, embrace an early morning wake up call and venture outdoors for a sunrise awakening. Engage each of your senses as the new day dawns, bringing you into this present moment;

bare your feet to the morning earth - feel into the sensations. How does your body, mind and soul respond?

not what you can see around you - animals, insects, flower, trees, reflections, shadows, colours, textures

close your eyes, what can you hear, feel, smell and taste? Enjoy the morning bird chorus as they awaken with you

engage your childlike wonder, lean into the beauty of this experience - notice how your whole being responds to changing hues of colour and light - allow the morning light to reset your natural rhythms and cycles
